'Diablo III' Hits Consoles Today

The console version of Blizzard's Diablo III is available today on the PS3 and Xbox 360. The big draw here will be the local co-op (no Battle.net outages this time), and by most accounts, using a controller instead of a mouse/keyboard actually works pretty well. If you're planning on sitting this one out as well though, a PS4 version is expected to arrive sometime next year.

In other D3 related news, the first expansion pack for the PC version has been confirmed, and will likely be showcased at Blizzcon later this year.
