Edgar Wright Updates on In-Development Projects, Reveals 'Very Visual' Horror Film

Edgar Wright's latest debuted this weekend, and by all accounts, it's pretty damn good. Wright's not one to sit around though, and in addition to Marvel's Ant-Man, he's got a number of interesting projects on the radar.

In an interview with The Playlist, the director talked shop concerning a few of these movies.

In regards to the feature remake of the Kolchak: The Night Stalker, Wright stated that "it's still a ways off, it’s not even been written yet but yeah, it’s happening."

He also gave an update on Collider, the sci-fi film he's working on with JJ Abrams and Bad Robot saying, "That is being written at the moment. It hasn’t gone away."

Lastly, Wright revealed an unannounced "very visual" horror film that he's working on:

I’m actually developing it with Big Talk and Film 4. It’s something I’ve been doing a lot of research on and I want to write at some point once I’m stopped with this crazy promotion for this movie. I want to do something that’s very visual and has very little dialogue… I like watching films that can play in any language because they’re essentially silent.
