The Hunger Games sequel is on track to be another huge hit for Lionsgate, and to get fans ready for it, the studio has been releasing a veritable barrage of posters. If you're still trying to catch up, you can check out all ten of the previously released character portraits, as well as two more posters, and a first look at the Quarter Quell Arena.
Here are the character portraits. It's worth noting Katniss and Peeta's formal attire, it looks like the movie will definitely be covering their engagement. The portraits also reveal three of the former Hunger Games champions, Finnick, Johanna, and Beetee, who Katniss will be competing against this time around.
In addition, Lionsgate has revealed two posters for Katniss and Peeta's "Victory Tour":
Lastly, and potential spoiler warnings, Catching Fire's new arena has been revealed... sort of. The set for the Quarter Quell Arena as its known in the book was spotted by Google Maps no less. It's a bit hard to tell what's being built by the satellite photo, but feel free to compare it to a detailed fan rendering of the arena below (again, spoilers aplenty).
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theaters on November 22.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
