'Pokemon X' and 'Y' Limited Edition 3DS XLs Unveiled

Not long after that special edition Pikachu 3DS, Nintendo has already unveiled two new Pokemon-themed handhelds. The two 3DS XLs are designed around Pokemon X and Y, and yes, they look fantastic.

Gematsu revealed the two consoles, named the "Xerneas and Yveltal Blue" and "Premium Gold" editions, which will come bundled with one of the games, a 4GB memory card, a stylus, and six AR cards. It will be released on October 12 exclusively in Japan.

That's bad news for gamers in other parts of the world, but with any luck, we might see these two released in additional markets soon enough.
