PSN Back Up - in Select Areas

So if you've been following the PSN fiasco, or just playing your PS3, you're probably aware the PSN has been down for just about four weeks.  No longer!  Sony started restoring PSN services this past weekend, but only in select areas.

Below, you can see a map of some of the areas that have access.  If you're in one of the highlighted regions, you should have service, though it might be a little slow to work.  To see some of the FAQs regarding the PSN, head on over to here.  Finally, Portal 2 shenanigans can be had with a random stranger!

First of all, took 'em long enough. Second of all, did they purposely make it nearly impossible to tell which areas of that map are actually highlighted? (Or are my eyes just not working?)

You must be blind.  I can very clearly see the Hulk Green on top of the Moss Green.  Or is it Moss on top of Hulk?
