Riot Opening New York Offices Focusing on eSports

The New York Times recently posted under their "Commercial Real Estate Transactions" section that Riot Games, developer of League of Legends, would be renting 5,594 sq. ft. for the next five years.  Annual rent for the space will cost just under $240,000.

GameSpot reached out to Riot, and reported that the space would be used for their eSports division.  A Riot representative stated, "We've already got a handful of people in NYC supporting eSports broadcasting and content, and this office is going to be more permanent space for that team to continue to do their eSports thing."

If you are inclined to see the office itself, it is located at 49 West 23rd Street in New York City on the second floor.  Just don't get kicked out.
