'Walking Dead' and 'Mark of the Ninja' Devs Join Forces to Form a New Game Studio

Jake Rodkin and Sean Vanaman, two of the designers on Telltale's critically acclaimed Walking Dead games and hosts on the Idle Thumbs Podcast, have joined forces with Mark of the Ninja lead designer Nels Anderson and artist Olly Moss to form a new game studio. It will be named "Camp Santo," and will be based in San Francisco.

With their names on two of the last year's biggest indie games, they've got a pretty fantastic resume for a brand new studio. Partnering up with a legendary artist like Moss also more or less guarantees we'll be seeing some great visuals alongside the gameplay.

Their announcement blog post has revealed that their first title will be "backed by and made in collaboration with" Portland design studio Panic, Inc. An official game announcement is expected to be made soon.
