Warner Bros and MLG Team Up to Launch Infinite Crisis as a Competitive MOBA

Turbines’ upcoming DC universe MOBA Infinite Crisis will soon take its first steps into the eSports arena.  Major League Gaming and Warner Bros have announced a partnership to launch Infinite Crisis at this year’s E3. The event will play host to an exhibition match between the teams comPlexity and Curse Academy, to be held at the Warner Bros Games booth.  This will begin on Tuesday, June 11 and continue throughout the conference.

A press release from MLG and Warner Bros reveals some of their plans:

Through the partnership the turbine and MLG teams will introduce the game to the MLG and e-sports community, develop competitive settings, showcase the game at forthcoming e-sports and gaming events, feature competitive play on MLG: Play, MLG’s online gaming destination and ultimately include Infinite Crisis at MLG Pro Circuit competitions.

Warner Bros has also recently released Injustice: Gods Among Us as an official selection at this year’s EVO2K fighting game tournament.  I wonder what their next release could be.  Maybe, Arkham Origins?
